It’s been a long road, a couple of years, at least.  Writing, editing, rewriting, editing, learning about self publishing, obtaining an ISBN number, designing and layout, creating images, getting feedback, more editing, setting up a website with a blog and free printable forms, waiting for proof copies, even more editing, creating a shopping cart to sell books on-line and finally placing the initial order for books!  I do plan to write a bit about the journey itself later in case anyone is interested.

WOW!  What an exciting and educational journey.  But, I must say that I am impressed with the final product and am truly greatful for the help and encouragement of my family and friends.  I am fortunate to have those people in my life.  Thank you!

The only thing left to do is click a button on-line  to make Customer Service Is FREE available for purchase.  Well, that’s not really all.  I hope to be able to tie up a couple of loose ends within the next week or so and then I will be able to “push the button!”

In the mean time, I have been working on a Companion Workbook for Customer Service Is FREE that will have forms, worksheets, awards, signs and more that can be used in practice.
